Overview

The Personal Preference Dining option at Hyatt Fair Lakes enhances the guests' visit while simplifying planning. Banquet groups from 10 to 200 people can be accommodated with Hyatt's exclusive Personal Preference Dining option featuring a four-course meal with a choice of select entrees.

Personal Preference Dining

With the Personal Preference Dining option, the event planner selects the appetizer and salad in advance.  Once guests are settled they will choose one of the entrees they desire.  A custom printed menu featuring three entree selections is provided for guests at each setting.  Experienced servers take guests' orders as they are seated.  Additionally, each guest will be served a dessert trio plate, pre-selected by you.
